Too many PASAWAY motorcycle RIDERS on the street

May nasundan akong motor naka clear housing ng tail light tapos high power white bulbs pa parang headlight na nakatutok sa mata ko! E national road yung 2lanes lang di ka makaovertake naka gitna pa kasi ang mokong di rin makauna pila kasi nung di ko matagalan tumabi ko pinauna ko mga sa likod kawawa yung sumunod. Daming buraot na rider walang respeto sa pag singit naghahanap talaga ng damay! di ko naman linalahat, ako mismo nagmomotor din-Kymco Super 8.

May mga napapansin ako na motorsiklo na malakas ng kaunti yung "sounds"...hindi ba masama yun? Hindi ko naman pinapansin kasi ok lang naman sa akin pero baka sa iba hindi.

Last Saturday, around 1120AM, while driving along the busy stop and go traffic at Roxas Blvd, northbound, and just after the Quirino Ave. intersection,- a motorbike rear-ended our car. It is an accident no doubt and the damage to our car may be small,- but much worse than that,- the driver sped away from his driving/road responsibility...

Got his plate number: 2054 NT.

We were in the outermost lane and needed to stop as the car in the left lane merged into our lane and could not make up his mind whether to continue on the lane or take one of the side roads. We were kind of surprised as we were stationary for about 4 to 5 sec when we got rear-ended. It looks like this motorbike driver is not paying attention to traffic as the road space to our left and right can fit a motorbike easily.

To the driver of this motorbike,- hope and pray that you will not encounter me again, anywhere (And this is also my hope). Because if you do, and I see you (and most probably, I will be driving a different vehicle), I could be hypnotized to do something real sinister.

I recognize that accidents happen, and that is why they are called "accidents", and thus can be discussed and settled. But running away from your driving/road responsibility is a NO NO. You have no place in our roads.

If anyone here knows this person,- please give him a strong wake up slap, because from my experience,- he is bound to do this again to someone. This guy does not deserve his driver's license.

You can file for traffic accident - hit and run sa nearest police station nung area na un. Mukhang need mo police report for the repairs in case insurance magshoshoulder. I'm not sure if they will forward the record sa LTO, probably they would...

Wala ng mga pambayad yung mga yun, pano kung saan-saan ginagastos pera para makapawersiyo. Ang dami ng motor na naka HID na sabog naman ang buga, clear na brake light at tambutsong maiingay. Karamihan din siguro sa mga nag mo motor na ganun ang gawain ay wala din mga lisensya. Paano ba natin sila mababawasan?

I'm out on the road daily. I usually go through Alabang, Makati, the Fort, Ortigas Centre and New Manila. I probably see 3-4 motorcycle accidents weekly. Just the other day, I wanted to go to Banawe. I was on Quezon Avenue coming out of Roces and I was going to take the u-turn slot to head to Roosevelt. A car ahead of me was making the u-turn too. It was an old black expedition. A speeding motorcycle rammed straight into it. I think the rider got hurt from the force of the impact. The driver went down to check on the rider but a lot of other motorcyclists stopped and started shouting at and ganging up on the expedition driver. I could only shake my head. I wanted to stop as well but I would be holding up traffic if I did. I didn't see what happened after. Having seen the accident, that speeding motorcyclist was wrong and what made matters worse was that those other motorcyclists ganged up on the poor expedition driver.

^ Yan ang problema sa mga motor. Pag na-aksidente ang isa sa kanila, the others automatically assume that its the fault of the 4 wheeled vehicle. Dyan na rin pumapasok ang rich versus poor mentality. Mahirap lang kami kaya nagmo-motor lang kami. Dapat pinagbigyan mo na ng lugar kasi nagmo-motor lang kami dahil mahirap lang kami. Dapat dalhin mo kami sa hospital kasi mayaman ka naka-kotse ka, kami mahirap kaya nag-mo-motor kami.

And so on, and so forth.

Kaya, Ladies and Gentlemen, tuwing nag di-drive, lalo na ngayon na pasko, kaliwa-kanan ang kasiyahan at mga christmas party, ugaliin na tingnan palagi ang mga side mirrors at rear view mirror before lumiko, umabante, mag-park, etc. Baka may lasing na mahirap, walang helmet, walang insurance, walang utak, na nagmo-motor sa gilid or likod nyo.

Bato-bato sa langit, tamaan wag magalit. What I said was a fact of life on the our streets.

a friend of mine got accident with a motorcycle, gusto niya palitan ng owner (car driver) ng BAGO motor, buti mabait iyon pulis, sabi ng pulis kung ikaw nakabannga palitan mo rin ng bago car. Minor damaged lang iyon motor,he the guts to ask for new one

so naaksidente ako sa bulacan nung wed morning(1am). nagovershoot nung lumiliko habang nakahinto ako sa intersection. etong si mokong kasi, may chicks na pinapadrive at nasa likod siya pang alalay. mukhang nagpanic nung paliko, ayan tinamaan ang driver side ko, kalmado naman ako nung kinakausap ko, tinanong ko pa kung okay lang sila nung nahulog. puro pasensya lang naririnig ko, at paiba iba ang istorya. wala pang lisensya yung babae, at yung lalaki(may ari nung motor) comelec ID lang binigay. kesyo pulis daw may ari ng motor, kapatid niya pulis. minsan sinabi pa na di daw ako nagsignal. madami naman tambay sa kanto na nakawitness so kita talaga na sila ang mali. sinabi rin na nakatigil daw kasi ako, akala daw magkakanan ako. una, humps at interseciton yun kaya titigil talaga ako. pangalawa, nakasignal ako paleft. nung una ayaw pa nila umabot sa tanod, pulis, etc. sabi ko sige basta may mabigay kayo sakin dahil kayo ang mali, kayo ang nakaabala. eh wala naman maibigya, gusto contact details lang. ayan dumating tuloy tanod. pati sila sabi hindi pwedeng walang maiabot. ayun dinala sa munisipyo.

pag akyat sa munispyo, di umakyat yung babaeng nagmamaneho. si ungas lang at kaibigan niya. puro pasensya lang naririnig ko kesyo wala daw pera blah blah. kahit tanod at pulis tinatawanan nalang siya. "wag ka nang umiyak" sabi pa nung isang pulis. gusto niya sa april pa siya magabot sakin. tinawanan ulit. gusto naman sa dec 25. papuntahin pako sa bulacan sa pasko para singilin siya. long ass-story short, magkita ulit kami bayaran niya ako ng 3500. pag di nagpakita yun, papakulong ko yung gago. kasama na yung chicks niya.
