Too many PASAWAY motorcycle RIDERS on the street

I saw this motorcycle too. I was wondering why he had his hazard lights on while cruising along the boulevard.

Bago daw motor ni manong e. In fairness, kapag nag drive siya dahan dahan. Di ko lang alam kung bakit pare parehas (most of them; i know one rider na hindi ganito mag drive kasi may car din siya and he knows the vulnerabilty of driving one) ang mentality nila na pasukin ang anumang butas.
