In my experience kasi kapag MC ang may problem, usually police personnel will just push for out of court settlement (kesyo daw mahirap lang mga naka-motor kaya wag na pigain). Dapat yung data ng hit and run meron din, pati yung scratches sa bumper ng mga naka-park na sasakyan. Dami kasing sagi galing sa mga i-responsible motorist eh.
