I've been reading the threads here in Goon Squad HQ and I've noticed the same areas being identified as kotong spots or where "traffic violation apprehensions" are abused.

As an example, look at this Google Maps

It's where I've noticed a lot of TEs apprehending motorists in the Ortigas area

Kotong cops can be pinpointed on a specific place, but in reality they are everywhere. We as drivers must be vigilant, heed to traffic rules, and know our rights as motorists.

They are everywhere but there are areas where you can always see them. No matter if you follow the rules they will still find a way to flag you down and accuse you of a violation that may be true or made up. We must indeed be vigilant and always follow rules and directions but it doesn't hurt to have a heads up on where we must be 'extra' careful especially if we are unfamiliar with an area.
