This is now the favorite thing to do of tha Manila city Hall Wrecker boys, they do away now of towing your car to impunding area and instead they do this... Now yo have to pay fine at city Hall in order for your car to be release of this clamping gadget... WHat a way for them to earn fast buck nowadays and at random anywhere anytime... so fellow tsikoteers be careful always where you park in the city of manila... Bagong racket ito ni atienza kasi kelangan niya bumawi sa kaban ng city hall for next year elections...tsk tsk..
