STOLEN LAND CRUISER! Dr. Raymond Belmonte's black Toyota Land Cruiser 80 with license plate UNW 133 was stolen this afternoon at Tomas Morato. Any leads to its recovery will be appreciated. Thank you.

Insured yung LC80? Yun amin (1995) is still insured, since day one renew lang ng renew. Malakas kutob ko na chop-chop at ipapadala sa probinsya yan (transfer the parts to a converted/JDM unit?). I'm surprised that this particular car is still a hot one.

Only chance for that car to go back in one piece is if the owner is very well connected, IMO. Parang yung LC ni Enrile dati... nung nalaman kung sino may-ari, biglang lumitaw sa parking lot sa Nissan North Edsa. Baka sa takot ng carnapper, ipa-full tank, detailing at service pa siguro yung LC80 bago ibalik.

OT: Sana matuloy na ang pagpasok ni LC80 namin kay Dr. Gs early next year. Much needed body work na talaga. True na ibang klase ang resale nga nito.

Pampulitika nga yung mga comments. Any updates on the car? Hotspot talaga yang part ng QC na yan kaya i rarely go there. Even sa Scout area, daming incidents ng break-ins sa mga bahay-bahayan because napakaraming access points ang lugar na yan.

Back in 2008, doc asked for my opinion which used car he would buy. This 1997 Land Cruiser or a 1997 Land Rover Discovery I. I adviced him to get the Toyota. But he test drove the Rover also (and it overheated during the test drive).

Sadly, our police force is a joke. You never see them walking and patrolling the streets like a real professional is expected to do. If theyre at the malls, nakatanga sa cellphones nila.
