March 1st, 2006 09:12 AM #11The owner of this vehicle lives in Fabella Street, Plainview Subdivision Mandaluyong City. He works at the Mandaluyong City Hall. I always encounter him because he lives near our house. If I'm not mistaken, he is a policeman in Mandaluyong.
