4th We are driving a big SUV and not a small car, Stickers are on the windshield showing where we live and yet it happened.
Feeling ko kanina pera lang talaga habol nung MAPSA na un. kasi sabi city ordinance daw so hands down ako wala ako alam sa city ordinance nila but when he tells me na pwede ang clear and smoked or tinted ang hindi we argue. Wala talaga kakulay ung sakin. Then I replied "D ba bawal na kuhanin ang license?" ang sagot sakin "kaya nga wala kayo nakikita MMDA dito kasi bawal sila dito, makati to." We never bargain for a price or a price drop. Yet this MAPSA cop keep mentioning fines and discount. We insist on doing it the proper way yet he keeps on giving deals.
Hindi dahil malaki benifits nila they will not do wrong things.
Naalala ko last year when we are in mindanao we had a minor car accident.

An idiot tore up my plate sticker about 2 yrs ago leaving only 1/2 of it on my license plate. In the 10 months after that, I got pulled over at least 5 times by traffic enforcers and mobile patrols (some were just trying to check, others were trying to make a quick buck), I thought of putting plate covers to avoid the hassles of having to explain everytime I got pulled over.

Ako nga nahuli for having a 'too long' tow rope eh mukhang hindi naman nila talaga alam kung may standards ba talaga para dun.
Ganun naman ang gobyerno, they just ban what they can't regulate.

First as someone said don't pay the bribe, you should have told him to just give you the citation and ask for his name. Tell him you need his name for when you make your appointment with Mayor Binay to contest the citation. Because you'll bring a sample of a smoked cover and a clear one to show the Mayor. You're in a big SUV he can't tell if you know the Mayor or not. My sister-in-law would just tell the MAPSA that she would have friend Binay's daughter claim the license and the MAPSA would just apologize and let her go. I don't condone it but she only does it for obvious "kotong" stops in Makati.

I didnt get a clear sight on the plate of the mobile because he blocks it all the time while we are talking. There is a number on the mobile 118, im just not sure if its a car number or an emergency number like 117. PEACE
Be careful with channels like "China Observer" on YouTube. There is a clear bias in their posts and...
