Just to clarify, there is a free version and a premium edition (P205) available through google play. I realized that what I am using is the the gear version which can only be downloaded through the Gear GUI. Both versions work the same so if you only need the mobile phone version just get it from google play. If your car is bluetooth ODBII capable, you can hook up using this app and voila! All diagnostics will show up on your phone screen and captured in the video as well.

Still how can you contest the gadgets calibration?
Yun tipong nasa margin of error yung reading? Hehe

^ Yes sir, but what I mean is pwede mo bang hindi ibigay yung license mo in the actual moment of apprehension since wala naman sila evidence na pinapakita.
And on today's technology napaka dali ialter ng pictures.

i agree with "blood lust obsession." you can't avoid that if you're in law enforcement, and you believe you're just being true to your mandate. it happens to police investigators, detectives, intelligence operatives, field operators, especially so if you witnessed comrades who felled in line of duty.
