sidesweep by another car

to everyone:
what if your driving in a highway and a vehicle tried to overtake you but it scratches your car's side but it keeps going. as in it runs away. would you give chase to it? in such an incident how can a police report of the incident be make since both vehicles has move from the point of occurence? thanks for your inputs.

Hit & Run po yan. Report nyo na lang hopefully natandaan nyo yung plate #.

I'd try to catch up kung kaya, tapos sabay kopya ng plate number. Pero minsan kasi pag minivan or SUV ang dala ko mahirap makipaghabulan sa sedan, kaya kuha na lang ng plaka.

Agree! The safest thing to do is kunin na lang ang plate No then proceed to the nearest Police Station for the Police Report. Mahirap makipaghabulan baka mga armado pa ang mga sakay nun lalong mapasama.
