won't wonder how the mmda get the flak for the mammoth traffic around metmla and surrounding suburbs but most blame should be directed towards the quick urban sprawl of new settlements and i mean that's 2.5 million since 2003 to a whopping 11.8 million as of 2010 (wiki). new homes can be accommodated skyward to accommodate the expansion but its impact on the existing road and transport infrastructure may be the major reason why no matter what mmda does with its limited know-how managing dispersed slum, industrial, residential areas, and even garbage disposal may be too much for these 'experts'. i've been stuck in mumbai traffic and in a roma traffico (mama mia!) and the reasons are just as varied and complex. but removing 10 year old autos may bring a slight relief up until a new wave of people migrate to these places. i say control/manage migration and possibly you may solve related underlying problems

Does the Starbucks coffee at Tagaytay taste different? Or it's SCness to the next level?

Nung naabutan nga kami ng traffic dyan the side going to Batangas was wide open. So tambay muna kami don hanggang naubos ang trafik papuntang Manila

Low-end SCNess is to go to Tagaytay to eat at Dencio's and drink coffee at Starbucks.

Bag of Beans... nice place, relaxed atmosphere. Not quite so "jologs". Food is good but not spectacular. Only reason to go there is for the ambience and the nice desserts. Thankfully, it's mostly families and rich couples who go there, so it's still on the "cool" side.

Remember the time in Katipunan wherein people parked on the side of the road, double parking pa nga yung iba. I guess the only solution here is to remove those establishments na nasa tabi ng kalsada.

They recently purchased or leased three vacant lots behind the place for parking. No more double parking in front.

If our public mass transport system ay mala HK or SG, okay lang. Kaya naman maraming nagsasakyan kasi our transpo system sucks.

Eh yung jeep nga, wala ng mashado nagbago since WW2. Ni ma pa A/C hindi pa magawang standard.
