^ i remember the thread about motorcycle riders which included a poem which stated that cagers are cowards while riders are brave.

Maybe that poem should be updated to read, "I am a rider -- because I don't know any better. The End."

even if you wear a helmet worth 10K or more, if you're really riding fast the helmet will offer very little protection to your head. meron na news before - the rider was going around 160kph or more when he went down. the helmet was still intact but the brain was already like soup inside the helmet because of the force of impact.
