    sorry, this may sound petty but i'll share it anyway. last night, i gassed up at a certain shell station and picked up a leaflet for the new ferrari scale models. i felt bad reading the first line, "The F40 can reach a top speed of 224 mph (324 km/h) and accelerates from 0-62 mph in 3.2 seconds." i've known even as a kid that the f40 does 201 mph/327 kph. the marketing person responsible for this did not do his/her simple homework.

    anyway, i'd still gas up shell and i appreciate that certain stations accept my diners card (e.g. pasay road, magallanes, mckinley).

    Yun din conversion ni TS sa 201 mi/hr = 327 kph....mali!

    Dapat yan 321.6 kph lang, since ang 1 mile = 1.6 km.

    201 mi/hr X 1.6 km/mi = 321.6 kph

    di maganda yung quality ng toycar. hehehe...plastic...in my frustration, im thinking of buying those fxx and f430 at duty free for $68.85 and $68, respectively. bibilhin ko na sana kaya lang na abuse ko na yung CC ko...next cutoff sched ko na lang...hoping nandun pa yun...

    The top-speed specs were taken using a slightly modified F40. However, the conversion on the leaflet is off by 20km/h.

    And remember 1 mile = 1.609344 km. Rounding off the conversion to just 1.6 km will introduce a big error. Use 1.61 instead.

    nakumpleto ni erpats yung unang mga ferrari cars. ako naman, yung enzo lang binili ko. so pangit pala ang models na nilabas ngayon, gusto ko pa naman yung fxx...

    Pag pwede bilhin lahat sa one stop fill up patulan ko na rin pero pag di ubra wag nalang tutal na kumpleto ko na yung nakaraan.

    nabasa ko sa dyaryo kagabi, 80 petot pag V-power, walang nakalagay kung sa ibang produkto/serbisyo (diesel, reg unleaded, oil change etc) at kung magkano minimum purchase 300? 500???

    kompleto ko din yung ferari dati at saka yung key chain,,mahal pala resale value ng mga ferari ng shell dati at saka yung key chain..

    TS, wag ka nang ma-OC sa info. pero i understand na frustrating nga kung dreamcar mo yun and you feel you know everything about it tapos biglang may iba kang nalaman or may nakita kang mali. pabayaan mo na yun.

    anyway, at least ngayon yung tires hindi natatanggal! namimiss align lang. hehe yung dati kasi pinagtatanggal at pinagwawala ng anak ko yung mga rubber tires. kaya ngayon nilalaro nya na walang gulong. sayang. i like the 1st batch of mini cars better. mas high tech sa akin ang 2-speed kesa sa "with real engine sounds"
