wow, the description is so graphic, so disturbing....child's "body" iswrapped on the wheel and badly mutilated then driver gets out and asks how much he should pay for the damage.... truly disturbing, is this the next "superpower" , but then again, it happens and can happen anywhere...even here
You have to understand, even if China is an economic superpower, most people (especially those living outside the major cities) are still very provincial in the way they think. Not much different from the kind of people we have here. The rapid economic development of China has yet to make a major difference in how people treat each other...
thats a normal reaction to a society that spits out human beings from their v like it was their hobby hekhek
troooool
Ganun mga bus drivers dito sa Pinas diba. If the accident victim dies, the bus company will only compensate 20k. But if the victim is injured, the bus company may have to shoulder the hospital that cost more than 20k...Kaya may cases were in buses deliberate back up to make sure the victim is dead. Better check you backyard first before criticizing your neighbor.
Also I don't get why the Chinese have to act morally mature to be acceptable as a "coming" superpower. Have you seen how mature Americans have become? Have you watched JackAss?
