Ano kaya pede gawin d2 sa aso ng kapitbahay namin 3x na ko hinahabol para kagatin tapos pati halos lahat ng nagdadaan sa st. namin hinahabol.

Kinausap na namin may ari ang sasbi itatali daw pero ilang araw na nakakaraan di pa rin nakatali.

I'm sure you're not the only person annoyed by this dog so warn the owner that he better not let his dogs roam the streets as one of your neighbors might take out their aggression on the dog. Also tell your him that he stands to spend a lot of money if his dog accidentally bites someone. You'll appear nice pa for giving him advise

Complain to the barangay.

Ask the barangay to catch the dog and put it in their dog pound.

Or

Get an air rifle and just shoot the dog. Aim for either the chest area or ears (soft spot to hit the brain).

ang aso hindi ko mawari eh hehe.

pero kapag tumakbo ka kasi sa kanila, animal instinct na talaga nila na habulin ka nila. marami kasing ganyan sa amin, pero kung maglalakad ka lang nang dahan-dahan, magpapakita sila nang aggression, pero kapag lumagpas ka sa territory nila, titigil na rin sila.

but in your case na ilang beses ka nang kakagatin, magbaon na nang mga bato pambato sa aso. kung hindi matakot kapag tinamaan, ikaw na ang matako at tumakbo hehe. pagsabihan ulit ang may-ari.

This is the best part...lagi ko ginagawa ito! Di naman pwede mag complain yong may ari dahil may ordinace kse jan. Bawal ang pakalat kalat na aso sa kalye lalo na pag perwisyo, dog pound nga dapat yan!

I'm sure hinde kumpleto if not walang vaccines yan especially for rabies.

The killing of any animal rather than cattle, pigs, goats, sheep, poultry, rabbits, carabaos, horses, deer and crocodiles is likewise hereby declared unlawful except in the following instances:

(1) When it is done as part of the religious rituals of an established religion or sect or a ritual required by tribal or ethnic custom of indigenous cultural communities; however, leaders shall keep records in cooperation with the Committee on Animal Welfare;

(2) When the pet animal id afflicted with an incurable communicable disease as determined and certified by a duly licensed veterinarian;

All i'm saying is that you can discuss this with your neighbor in a humane manner. Without killing and maiming and such. Or talk to your local barangay/ neighborhood association. Whatever.

Senseless violence need not be the only answer to problems ya know, however in the face of imminent danger, I myself would resort to violence on the stray dog to keep myself, and loved ones out of harms way.

Still the same till today not only in BF but everywhere...depende na lang sa municipality / barangay kung masipag sila na ipatupad ang ordinansa, yan ay kung may mag rereklamo...

hindi ba delikado rin kung mahuli kang may air rifle? magdala ka ng jungle bolo nalang.

minsan kasi nag-bike ako at cruising speed (5-10kph). kahol din ng kahol yung aso. paglampas ko sa kanya, akala ko safe na ako. pero hinabol pa rin ako. lumapit talaga sa binti ko yung nguso niya. buti nalang nataas ko.
