Which is why dapat siguro maging stringent ang screening for applicants bago i-grant sa kanila ang franchise. Kung hindi ma-alaga sa kotse yung franchisee, malalagay sa alanganin ang buong negosyo.

For example, suppose you decide to eat at Jollibee in SM Megamall, then you encounter an ill-tempered service attendant who gets your orders all wrong. Tapos may mga panis pa sa inorder mo. In that instance, do you complain to the management of Megamall? No, it would be more logical to bring it to the attention of the Jollibee branch manager, right?Ang problema dyan sa rockwell is management. wala siguro nagbabantay sa mga tao dun.
If those car wash boys are really being properly trained, hindi na sila kailangang bantayan to do the job they are being paid to do. But unfortunately, they are obviously giving the business a bad name.

now ko lang nabasa ang thread na ito we went to megamall last saturday and parked at the multilevel parking mega B...... i saw a black altis na pa exit na galing sa parking nya at talagang showroom shine ang black altis na ito. the bad thing is showroom shine nga cya kaso dae kong naktang parang scratch na circular di ba pag nag wax u wipe it in circular motion, daig pang scotch brite na pang kawali ang ginamit!!! kawawa naman ang may ari!!! ang kukulit ng mga carwash boy na yan, bago lang carwash sasakyan ko b4 going to the mall pagbaba ko pa lang sasakyan nag offer na agad ng wax ang carwash boy kasi nga para ma protectahan daw ang paint ng car ko,, halllerrrr kung alam ko lang magaling kayo eh sa pag gamit ng scotch brite.
Sir, most of the comments here is based on experience, so you can't really blame them if they don't like the service. Imagine being charged 200++ for a wash and wax only to find out that they did a poor job and damaged the paint job. Well good for you if you do monitor your boys. If you ask me, I wouldn't dare have my car washed in the mall, imagine, ang kitid ng space with limited lighting, kita ko pa yung mga gamit nila -> Pranela, turtle wax, rain harry tire black, konte lang ang tubig, etc. its a recipe for disaster. Well thats my opinion.One more thing tsikoters,
iba iba ang nagpprovide ng service na to. ung mga owners ntong mga branch cguro na to is purely business man.
Unlike ako who are into cars talaga... nababantayan ung mga gawa ng mga tao...
so wag nyo sana lahatin ang pangt na service binigay ng Clean Car group...
I happend to have one franchise of this Mobile Car Wash operating on one of SM Malls.

Third, I frequently see them LEANING on the sides of other cars! --> Those cars that they didn't clean! Lintik! Ano yan? Porque't hindi nila nilinis, gagasgasin na ninla? In Shangri-La edsa mall, I saw one filling up his "receipt' on the hood of a dusty BMW parked next to the Camry he just cleaned.
Lastly, have you seen how they operate their water wands in a crowded place? Maswerte ka if your car gets some splash marks when they wash a car parked next to yours. Sometimes, the butt end of their wash wands accidentally (I prefer to think carelessly) hit the side of your car causing door dings.
Nakakainis na tuloy mag-park sa malls. Not only do you have to worry about having your car damaged by a careless driver or passenger (door dings), you also have to worry about them.
minsan annoying na yung mga caar wash boys na yan.. 1 time nag punta kmi ng g4. sa taas kami ng park. kakalinis lang nun. nakita n nga malinis at naka tire black inalok ba naman ako ng "boss car wash po?" is he blind?! hindi ba nya nakita na makintab and malinis yung sasakyan?! sarap batukan eh
cool lang baurtwell, baka gasgasan pa oto mo. Smile ka lang then sabihin mo "bossing, hindi malinis pa ho."
Sometimes I just smile say a simple "no" and am on my way.
