Also happened to me before...

Had a flat tire in the middle of an overpass... an MMDA hagad escorted me to a safer spot to change my tires.

After we parked the vehicle... he then proceeded to assist me in changing my tires. Good guy... handed him a few bucks para maka pag merienda at pawis na pawis sya afterwards.
