pare siguro minalas ka lang at isang gang yung nakalaban mo. I would have done the same thing if i was in your position. mali din naman yung ginawa nya na munura ka dapat binangga mo na lang

ang ganda naman ng payo mo bro... kung ikaw nga nasa kotse, at bigla ka na-cut di ba ang tendency is napapamura ka talaga. what more from the point of view of a person riding a two-wheeled vehicle na bigla din na cut?? you know na kapag two wheels ang sasakyan mo, there's a bigger risk of figuring into an accident especially when vehicles suddenly swerves to their path. same thing ng nangyari sa thread starter nung bigla hinarangan siya at napapreno sya.... yung anak nya tumama mukha sa dashboard. di ba natikman nya yung peligro na resulta ng biglang maharangan sa harap?

so, kung nagalit man yun naka scooter dahil na-cut sya, natural siguro sa karamihan sa atin yun kung hindi man sa lahat. ang hindi siguro normal ay yung hindi agad paghingi ng apology dun sa taong unang nabigyan ng peligro sa daan.

ngayon, kung binangga naman nya yung naka scooter, sino ang panalo?? yung thread starter ba? makakadisgrasya yung tao kung nagkataon. maaari pang makamatay. madali lang sabihin sana binangga mo na lang... sana sinagasaan mo na lang sila... pero kung titingnan natin, lahat talo kung pinairal yung init ng ulo. kung binangga, disgrasya yung nakamotor., asunto naman yung nakabangga.. asan yung maganda dun sa payo mo brader??

i hope sana lahat tayo maging responsible motorists at pati na din forumers. dapat maging responsible tayo sa mga posts natin dito dahil kung meron mang ibang makakabasa ng mga payong katulad ng sa iyo at paniwalaan na okay yung ganung paraan ng pag-react sa mga sitwasyong ganun, sigurado di talaga mag iimprove at maso-solve ang ating problema bilang motorista.

may ganyan sa maros hway!!... i was coming down on the road ng cogeo.. when these group of scooter guys.. convoy ek ek... came... dala ko was a van... syempre.. uso ang mga paghinto ng mga jeep sa gitna ng kalsada.. so dahan dahan naman akong kumaliwa para lumusot.. i was still on the right side of the road (2 lanes eh).. etong mga scooter guys na ito.. i guess malalakas ang loob. .sumalubong na.. ako.. dahan dahan pa rin sa paglipat s inner lane.. lusot na eh.. ayun.. busina.. wang wang "alarm".. isipin mo.. naglabasan na sa mga scooter na yun. in short.. na break ang convoy nila kasi they had to go back to our lane from counterflowing... aba!.. pilit pa rin silang overtake sa kaliwa at sa kanan.. para mabuo ang convoy... heto naman ako.. maluwan na sa harap.. nakagitnang gitna pa rin yung dlawang scooter na nasa harap.. subok akong umovertake.. nde kaya.. tangina.. ang luwang na sa harap.. ayaw pa rin magpalusot... nagsimula na silang magpatalong talon ng scooter (yung parang jerking movement of acceleration).. ako.. nakatingin lang.. mainit na ulo.. pero nde ako bumubusina or anything... just trying to find the opening where i can overtake... when i reached the intersection of cogeo and masinag.. well.. nauna na sila.. kasi ako naipit na ako dun sa mga jeepney dun eh...

ang kinaiinisan ko.. scooter na nga.. single file.. pero nakagitna pa sila na tipong both lanes are occupied.. bwiset!!... ang liit liit na nga ng sasakyan nila.. para pa rin silang mga truck ng basura kung makakain ng kalsada....

P.S... ang kawawa sa laaht ng ito.. yung mga kasama ko sa van. .hehee. puro mura ang narinig nila sa akin.. bwahaha....buti na lang nde rinig sa labas yung mura ko...:p

Guys,

Next time you encounter these kind of moronic motorcycle drivers, get their club name (if there's any) or at least get their plate numbers. (isulat nyo lang ha, hindi literal na kunin yung plate number)

PM nyo sa kin yung detailed info and i would relay it to the Presidents of MAP & PSF (Motorcycle Advocates of the Philippines and Philippine Scooter Federation) as well as other bike clubs

Malay nyo, di lang kayo nagka-intindihan.

sir bogart ang liliit naman kasi ng plate number kung ano ano pa ang kulay ng ilaw na nanakakabit! sa pag kuha mo ng plate number malamang mababanga mo na sila (sabagay ok din total di mo naman sinasadya eh)! hehehe! pero will surely do!

pag dating naman sa marcos hiway di lang scooter pati ung mga nakatambay sa shell select na mga nag dradrag race! ang lapit lapit ng naktaf check point ang lalakas ng loob! haharanangin lahat ng nag dadaan tapos mag kakarera ala fast and the furious! di ba sila pwede hulihin ng naktaf? pulis din naman itong mga ito di ba?

FYI cars, motorcycle and other vehicles have equal rigths to use the road. Let's just respect each other. I myself is a cager and sometimes a rider too, so I know the feeling.

BTW, it's illegal and dangerous to put a child below 7 yrs old in the front seat, lalo na kung may fron passenger airbag. What I did was install a vcd and monitor screen to entertain my 2 children.

naku yang mga yan kala mo kung sino nga sa daan e. i presume, hindi mo naman sinasadya yung pagkabig mo e. kasi kung sadya yun e malamang kausap na sila ni satan. => anyway, wala namang masama sa scooter e, actually it's fun. pero dapat nasa lugar din. e yung mga yan, looks like malakas ang loob kasi marami sila. wala lang just a thought.

Just to add a little (sorry medyo na-OT)... was drving on SLEX nung Ash Wednesday and a Pulis Patola Hagad bike enters the expressway from the Sucat exit, heading towards Alabang, di pa bumayd ng toll, he just ran through the booths w/o getting a ticket. A cop was drving it and his wife and child were seated behind him... with no helmets. If i only had a cellphone with a camera, kinunan ko sana yung mokong.

Going back to the topic, i try my best to respect out two-wheeled fellow motorists. But the proliferation of scooters on the Metro streets has shown a lot of them also dont know basic road courtesy (singit ng singit, drvign slow on the fast lane, no headlights, tailight or bright blue tail lights, etc...). When i'm drivng on the expressway sometimes, there are the speeders who just suddenly pop in between cars at high speeds. I almost hit one before, it was a good thing i decided to take a second look before switching lanes. Even with lights on, they may not be that visible always and can still be mistaken for cars from the mirror.

yes i also noticed its an old thread. its been a while since i last posted here so i back tracked. there's a link "similar thread" in a recent topic (scooter sa slex), and i can see that some people still have the same views about these matters (whether present or past). attitudes havent changed. i just share my thought as well. no offense meant to anyone but if there is someone who's gonna read the forums, and probably do a search, these things would pop out and read about what has been posted.
