    hindi po ako nakaka-alam pero sa tingin ko as long as you're not the one who initiated or instigated the trouble and you have a permit-to-carry a gun and you were attacked you have the right to defend your self and use your gun against your attacker.

    But of course if that will reach the court, being a person who has a PTC, then you have the burden of proof that you did not initiate/instigate the attack.
