Takot din sya baka balikan sya nung mga yun.

Pwede po mag sponsor ng education of a kid for as low as P500/month.

Yung dati kong boss... may sponsored na kid from childhood till now. May mga letters nga na pinapadala sa kanya and pictures (kasama yung mga shoes / dresses na binili from her donation).

The NGO that am currently have a consultancy engagement for has these type of programs, but it is usually tied up with our peace and development work in Mindanao and in SEA countries that were ravaged by war. If I'm mistaken, our organization has donated lots of resources in the past to government agencies but were mis-used, and this is the reason why we had temporarily stopped the funding.

It's hard not to generalize in this case. It's their way of life, even if you give them a job more often than not they're gonna loose it one way or another why? Because they don't have any sense of responsibility, direction, common sense, they don't know what is right and wrong which comes with education and good parenting.
