Yup, sana kinuha mo pangalan. Ganyan naman sila eh oras na nakilala na sila (usually may name tag) biglang hihina boses nyan. Glad u kept your cool, you could have also taken the name of the 2nd officer and gave him more credibility too.

Dapat di mo na lang tinigilan, di ka naman hahabulin nyan. Tska yung motor nila, 100cc lang na bulok pa. Pag naabutan ka, tska mo sabihin na wala kang nakitang violation. hehehe.

wla in akong nakitang baril sa mga yan ( i think di sila pwede). so di ka rin babarilin nyan.

yup. I got the name of the 2nd Officer and referred him to my Father should he ever need some help in the future. He was thankful afterwards.

as for the arrogant 1st enforcer, he wasn't showing his name at all but during the course of our argument, my brother was able to get his family name from his name tag.

update:
Today, I contacted a friend who's a Deputy sa City Hall assigned to them. I informed him what happened to me last night and reported to him about the guy's brusque attitude and arrogant behavior. sabi nya siya na daw bahala.

mabait yung 2nd guy.

the first one kept on pouting and tried to even get in some parting shots at us as he was pulled aside by the 2nd guy. nagmumukha nga batang makulit.

on a latter note, I learned from other sources that the 2nd enforcer is known for being mabait talaga. god bless his heart.

sabi nga ng pinsan kong taxi driver.. iwasan ko daw yang mga yellow boys na yan notorious talaga. compare sa mga mmda boys, napakagahaman. before SB, sila yung mga nakapulang (Mathay) uniform dati. nagpalit na lang ng kulay ng pumasok na si SB, mukhang tumapang sila dahil sa may sarili nang traffic code ang QC.

hanggang 10pm po ang huli...

and besides, kailangan talaga ng mga enforcer para magbatak ang trapik diyan dahil sa ginagawang underpass... kalahati ng circumferential road sa tapat ng city hall sarado....
