The shooter, is so pandak, it looks like he has to stand on a mono-block chair to wipe the roof of his car clean.
On a more serious note, these are the likes of people that should be chopped up alive and his body fed to the pigs.

Also he was already identified since yesterday because he was a resident of the area, and his car was well known to the barangay. He refuses to move the car when they conduct clearing/cleaning activities in the barangay.
