baka meron din german gun yan pero sinurrender nalang nya yung brazilian gun nya to throw off the investigationmaybe the actual murder weapon is a SIG and they're currently tampering with it so it won't match the ballistics hehe (if and when they decide to surrender it). that would be the smart thing to do as a criminal
btw all that forensic ballistics is probably BS and non-conclusive

Road rage in Pasay escalates into shooting | Philstar
A road rage incident between two vehicles at the corner of Sen. Gil Puyat Avenue and Roxas Boulevard in Pasay City escalated into shooting early yesterday morning.
The crash involved a BMW and a Honda sedan, damaging the front parts of both cars.

it turned out that the sedan's owner spotted the stolen vehicle and had it rear-ended by his driver after a chase in Pasay City.
The occupant of the BMW then shot the Honda Odyssey used by the car's owner.
Both the alleged car thief and the owner of the car were Chinese citizens.
