Ever wonder why road diggings (for cables ba yun?) happen after DPWH or MMDA repaired or re-paved these roads? Cant they talk to each other so that diggings can be made before a major repavement? I think its a waste of money and the quality of the roads after the diggings is no better than before it was repaved. I just wish that when they dig a freshly paved road, they (I'm not sure who they are??) will at least make sure that the quality will not be compromised. Or better yet, dig it before the scheduled re-pavement.

Right now it's mostly MWSS diggings all over the Metro.
It's a common problem of lack of planning and coordination amongst the concerned agencies (as usual).

mabilis naman gumawa ang Manila Water (Ayala kasi ito),
malakas na ang tubig ngayon unlike nuong panahon ng MWSS.

If they coordinated with each other, there'd be no money for their pockets. Walang hukay, walang kita.
