More likely, people can read but ignore or disregard, as long as they can get away with it or bribe or be above the 'law'. Can't blame them; it is the natural state when in the wild.

When taking face shots, why not zoom in so the face is clearer. Was that a camera phone? Camera phones usually don't have zoom, do they.

well, nagpa-simple lang ako after taking the shot by walking casually towards the direction of the F150 and passing beside him without looking at him. I'm sure he noticed me taking a picture though since he did give me a good look right after the shot.

Mag-iingat din dapat tayo guys when taking pics; there are a lot of individuals out there who are confrontational by nature...kaya when taking pics yung tipong pasimple parang undercover
