Snapped this guy up yesterday in the vicinity of St. Theresa's College on my way to Motorcraft Banawe. Drove like a crazy maniac. Overtook me on my right side and frantically tried to squeeze between other vehicles.
Had to turn on my lights and fire my strobes just to make sure he can see me.
It is a gold Honda Civic VTi EK.License plate reads DRC333 . Driver looks juvenile. Even had a cigarette in hand.

OT: Baka kasi biglang maisipang umatras (to counterflow) at one point nung alam na niyang ipit siya sa traffic Yung strobes na lang ang ilaw ko na siguradong visible. Di ako sure kung natakpan na ng trunk nya yung headlamps at fogs ko from his point of view.
Anyways, I only use my strobes as a warning system (e.g. when towing, when assisting, etc.). Not something to intimidate other motorists.
