    along edsa....

    operation tapal aspalto on potholes, well nothing new except..


    The DPWH truck will suddenly stop (without brake lights), a lone man atop of the asphalt heap, will, with the use of a shovel, starts to unload its asphalt into the hole/cracked pavement without roadwork warning signs.

    well, what can you expect from a "damn if you do damn if you dont" kind of governance..? ingat nalang..

    standardization dont work in a country like ours..we're just being consistent, eh..

    hmmm...bina block off ba nila ung mga bagong tapal na pothole? any steamrollers to compress the asphalt? kasi kung hinde pa nase set ung aspalto, most likely it would end up on tires and underchassi -- nagsayang lang sila ng pagod at aspalto

    Kawawa naman yung nag shoshovel nung asphalt. Grabe siguro yung init nung asphalt heap na yun... Result siguro ito ng suspension or cancellation nung EDSA rehab project. Hindi kasi magkasundo sa terms and specs ang NEDA, DPWH, and ADB.
