    may rehistro ba yung scooter? di ba maraming scooter na hindi nakarehisro. kung wala at fault pa rin yung scooter. and it should not be blame on the truck driver. kailangan ma establish kung sino ang driver at fault.

    actually standard na gawain yuon ng mga pulis and its completely legal naman the way I see it. Hindi pa naman sya guilty eh he is just booked for reckless imprudence. And is yet to be proven.
    Its obvious that it was the motorcycles fault pero the case must still go on kung gusto nong pamilya ng motor maghabla.

    Malay nyo mabaliktad pa sa korte yung driver ng truck. Yung iba kasi magahhanap ng sisi para mabayaran yung hospital cost o funeral cost.
