April 16th, 2004 09:17 PM #13may rehistro ba yung scooter? di ba maraming scooter na hindi nakarehisro. kung wala at fault pa rin yung scooter. and it should not be blame on the truck driver. kailangan ma establish kung sino ang driver at fault.

Its obvious that it was the motorcycles fault pero the case must still go on kung gusto nong pamilya ng motor maghabla.
