reckless imprudence?

i watched Pulis Report on MUB this morning...me story about this guy riding a scooter(at high speeds no less) na nadaplisan ng isang jeepney, which made scooter and rider swerve into the path of an delivery truck. Nagulungan ung ulo ng scooter rider, kaya dead on the spot.

Then i hear that the delivery truck driver has going to be charged with reckless imprudence...that just struck me as quite odd.; kung meron man dapat kasuhan nun, it should be the jeepney that struck the scooter! Parang me mali e ...pakiramdam ko tinamad lang silang hanapin ung jeepney kaya ung truck driver na lang kinasuhan. it just doesn't seem right

its either the jeepney driver or both the jeepney driver and the truck driver. imho.

IMHO lang kapag dinala ng relative ng scooter driver yan sa korte, talo sila dyan.

Maswerte sila kung may makukuha sila sa truck driver/owner.

may rehistro ba yung scooter? di ba maraming scooter na hindi nakarehisro. kung wala at fault pa rin yung scooter. and it should not be blame on the truck driver. kailangan ma establish kung sino ang driver at fault.

actually standard na gawain yuon ng mga pulis and its completely legal naman the way I see it. Hindi pa naman sya guilty eh he is just booked for reckless imprudence. And is yet to be proven.
Its obvious that it was the motorcycles fault pero the case must still go on kung gusto nong pamilya ng motor maghabla.

Malay nyo mabaliktad pa sa korte yung driver ng truck. Yung iba kasi magahhanap ng sisi para mabayaran yung hospital cost o funeral cost. Lalo na mga company car, pag nakabanngga iyan Tanungin nyo ang legal department nyan kahit umamin na yung driver nila na kasalanan nila. Sila pa unang magdedemanda. Iwas pusoy ika nga
