    ok ako dito. bdw, hindi pa ba na amend yan? sobrang tagal na eh. kaya pala binabalewala...
    kung sa bagay, kahit naman bago ang batas kung hindi naman gagamitan ng kamay na BAKAL. wala ding saysay..

    May kakilala ako na may wang wang at blinker. Ang problema hindi ko alam ang tunay na plaka dahil pinalitan din ang plaka ng pekeng "8". Cgurado akong hindi naman congressman dahil american citizen. Paano ko irereport yan? Puede bang isama na dyan yung mga pekeng "8", "6" at iba pang kulang sa pansin na mga plaka?
    Panong malalaman kung peke?

    Eh yung mga plate # na painted white and black? Kasama ba yun?

    ok lang naman ang plate protector na glass...they come in transparent, green and blue. yung black na nakikita ko, ang sabi ng isang shop they put tint daw sa glass for that black-out effect..dapat talaga ipagbawal ito..

    zeagle can u please check if he has the original white plate at the back ? Or conduction sticker no? He has a district indicated on his plate?

    Yes, you can include those fake protocol Plate (“8” “6”) just get the conduction sticker no.
