Actually I am not talking about HID only. Headlights whether halogens, HIDS, etc if not aligned properly could produce glare.... So how are they going to apprehend without any basis. Hindi naman pwedeng wala kang headlight? saka gabi lang binubuksan yan, Paano naman nila masisita kung gabi? alangan naman i-confiscate tapos pauwiin kang walang headlight? Paano na yun high output halogens? yun mga nabibili sa concorde? I used to have one and malakas talaga din ang buga ng ilaw kahit halogen lang sila.

saka paano naman nila masasabi na nakakasilaw yun headlight mo? meron ba silang equipment to check that?
