Last January 6, while driving along Molino-Paliparan Rd. (southbound), I saw this green Adventure (green plate no. PIC 399) na panay ang "wang-wang", and constantly stopping along the way. He-he!

Meron talagang mga private vehicles with permit to install siren and blinkers.

as in privately owned vehicles????? how to?

i know PDEA uses green plated vehicles for their operations.

    and some NBI and police.

Yes, if you have MO and other official police function as civilian/undercover. It all comes in with legal papers of course duly signed and sealed.

Example: Private vehicles used as escort, they have blinkers and siren...yet we see them regular on the street, undercover agents etc.,

How to??.. You will need to submit OR/CR and Driver's License photocopy and original for verification, then you will need Mission Order, then you need to fill up forms and submit them to PNP. If anyone don't have police function, then no way to get permit for siren and blinkers.

On the contrary, we see motorcycle and police cars without plates

What about undercover operations? Do you think they would use identified plates?

Ano tinatago nila?
One time may nakita pako, naka-takip ng black cloth yung plate ng escort.

(UPDATE) Ex-matinee idol nabbed in Malate

Authorities on Tuesday morning arrested a former matinee idol in Malate, Manila for illegal use of siren.

Dranreb Belleza was nabbed when the Toyota Revo he was riding reached Malate Church. He was with his driver when arrested.

ABS-CBN’s “Umagang Kay Ganda” reported that the vehicle, which is said to be owned by the Estrada family, kept circling the area past 4 a.m. while using a car siren. This caused an alarm among residents who immediately reported the incident to the police.

According to Belleza, the siren was meant to scare away prostitutes and pimps in the area.

“There were pimps out there selling women in front of a church… Where are the policemen? Aren’t we supposed to take care of one another?” he said.

He added: “[Somebody might be] selling drugs, probably selling their children. Somebody has to do [something]. Somebody has to wake people up.”

Belleza dismissed the incident as mere “misunderstanding.”

Both Belleza and his driver were reportedly first brought to Ospital ng Maynila to undergo medical tests before going to the police station.

Police will reportedly charge them with violation of Presidential Decree No. 96, which declares as unlawful the use or attachments of sirens on vehicles.

Belleza, who was diagnosed with cancer, stayed in the United States for a very long time to focus on his art works. The son of former actress Divina Valencia decided to go back to the country in December 2007.

Just yesterday, this white 96 Honda Civic on North Avenue going to Trinoma at around 5:45pm.

Nagmamadali, coding Uxx-xx0.

Lightly tinted front windshield with blinkers on the dashboard(although the driver did not use it).

Bumaba yung driver, BABAE, mid-20's, mestizahin.

Seems like she was getting some things from her car just to drop them off but i'm not sure.

Just had a brief chance to take a picture of her car kaya malabo.

Ganito na lang ba tayo kababaw talaga?

What if may nasagasaan siya dun sa may tumatawid when she ignored the guard? When will this kind of abusive behaviour ever stop?

reactivate the task force Wang- Wang (Task force PD96) Pls Help us.
