Hello! I just want to share my experience earlier this afternoon, even though i wrote wonderful in my title belive me it ain't. Good mood lng ako ngayon hehe.. anyway.
    1. I was doing my errand when i parked along raon with my hazzard light
flashing and parked properly without obstructing other motorist, in fact
there is another car parked also in that area.
    2. While waiting for my companion who went out to pickup in one of the
store in raon. A owner type jeep stopped beside my car, inside are two
    policemen and two civilian.
    3. One of the civilian alighted the said jeep and knocked my window, when i
rolled down the window that person begin asking me in a rude manner,
asking for my drivers licence and telling me that i am in a no parking
    zone.
    4. I did not comply to his request also told him that he has no identification
and especially no uniform whatsoever just a polo shirt and i asked why he
did'nt apprehend the other car (im not sure if there was a person in that
car) that also parked right next to me, he told me that it was owned by a
police, then he began making threats that he will cuff me and took my
license plate if i did'nt comply, still i refused to comply.
    5. Then a policeman approched the car and asking me to give my driver's
license to him, however i told him that i cannot do that bec. i did'nt commit
any violations, then he (policeman) also began making threats telling me
that i will be imprisoned if i did'nt give to him my license. I showed to him
my license but did'nt gave to him.
    6. He(policeman) asked me if this is my license, i answered yes and i pointed
that this is my license there is my picture my name along with my address,
he answered in rude manner telling me that "LTO ang may ari nyan ugok,
basahin mo yan ugok!" i was surprised comming from an officer! i was
wondering if he even entered school. I told him that LTO issued it to me, it
was a privilage given to me, but can be revoked if i violated its rule and
    regulation.
    7. Then the policeman left but his dog (civillian) asked me if they can asked
me for merienda, i did not obliged to his request, then he subsequently
asked for the same. However upon looking at the time and afraid that i
might not make it to my next destination on time, i regretful obliged to his
request by giving 50 pesos to him, what amaze me is his reaction which
    is "P......... Ina singkwenta lang".
    8. As they left i wrote down the plate number which is (WHJ.924) and took a
picture of their jeep unfortunately my cam cannot fully capture the
    jeep.

The Good new is.. i arrived at my destination on time (barely), but i did lost my 50 bucks to those low lives and condoned their evil acts.. (the reason that im disappointed to myself)

I hope that i did not bore you with my story...PEACE

That's what we call Filipino-Quality Public Service!

Kudos to our brave policemen in uniform and their noble ASSets..!!

Ako sa awa ng Diyos.. wala pa namang mga ganyang wonderful experiences.

If you are really pissed off by those goons.. I mean police officers.. try reporting them to the "proper authority" hehehe But I doubt if you would do that.. sayang nagbigay ka eh.U

    Ingat na lang po palagi.

baka nga hindi cop yun. no ID, no uniform...impersonator?

are off-duty, not-in-uniform cops allowed to make traffic stops and issue citations? sounds like a recipe for disaster

sana u got the policeman's badge number and whatever his nametag says, and then threaten to report him.

i reported a corrupt policeman once, and i saw his name on the inquirer when he got fired. serves that bastard right.

That group makes its round around Quiapo, Binondo and Divisoria area, looking for any hapless victim to milk. They especially like mga Tsinoys. Usually they cover their nametags. Ilan taon na iyan group na iyan kasi malakas daw sa Manila Traffic boss. We'd like to see this kind of cops sent to Basilan.

Thanks everybody for your concerns i really appreciate it. Since it was my very first encounter with such beings i was nervous and confused, especially i am alone in the car and being harassed by two low lives not to mention those others inside that said jeep, i happened to have a glimpse of that name tag it starts with a letter V.

-Sorry to have mislead you on the title, i should'nt wrote dog in the title for its an insult to dog lovers and specially the man's best friend.

-While typing my reply an idea has struck me which is to take the finger print which was left when they are holding my car and use it for identification
