Naabala ka na, i-todo mo nang mamer-huwisiyo... That should somehow teach them a lesson because they always give that "poverty" clause for nonpayment of the damage they made to your vehicle...

Better yet, refer to James Deakins' column "The Tyranny of the Weak" posted somewhere in this website...
I did the same thing, di ko pinansin yung kamot ulo and sorry. They always try to get away with the "wala kaming pambayad" excuse. I told the idiot who bumped me, " wala ka palang pambayad, dapat lalo kang nag ingat."

    Anyway, eto yung pics..

    Eto yung isa, close-up pic

    And the other..

Buti na lang ganyan lang inabot..

Edit: Sa first pic, yung nasa gitna yung damage, hindi yung chipped-off paint sa kanan..As I said sa 1st post ko, di na maganda kondisyon nung pintura nung EK namin..

I didn't know you can have them impounded. I usually just cough up the 3,500 participation fee tapos insurance na bahala sa iba.

I just comfort myself by imagining the insurance lawyers going after the asshole driver.

Do I tell the traffic enforcer that I wanted the vehicle impounded? Do I have to file a complaint?

Have a traffic enforcer or even the police impound the tricycle... Make sure everything is documented even the pictures of the vehicles involved.

I say make them pay for what they did... They cannot get away with just a scratch in the head and "pasensya na kayo ser..."

My mother hauled a burger delivery bike to our house once when said bike rammed her car head on when he was doing a counterflow. Delivery boy had scratches and the bike was a wreck. Good thing she had an Opel at that time.

Just checked sa LTO textline yung tricycle na yun..

    Plate no: TV1799
    Make: Yamaha
    Model: -
    Year: 1992
    Color: Red
Registered last 07/29/2003 (kaya pala tumakbo)
Has no LTO apprehension, has no LTO alarm

Normal na lang yung no apprehension, no alarm dahil di naman ata talaga 100% accurate yung text line..
Yung registered date, IMO accurate yan kasi nung pinarehistro namin yung EK namin, couple of days later nung sinubukan namin yung textline, tama yung date of registration..
