I personally witness a guy snatched a cellphone inside a car. The girl passenger was texting that time. It was a stop and not much cars on the street that night. The snatcher just walk away like nothing happened.
That was two stop lights away from the precint if coming from SLEX.

That was like 6months ago. Basta before pa maging "malinis" yung railroad dun sa gilid.

nung minsan pala ay natatandaan ko. yung batang namamalimos eh nag try buksan yung rear door ko pero naka lock kaya umalis na lang sya. Ganon po yon? pag nabuksan eh tutuluyan na? di naman ako nag worry kase nga bata lang yung nag try eh.
