questions about licensing....

hi guys, tanong ko lang kung pwede na akong magpalicense ung student license, 16 plang ako turning 17 on july, gusto ko na talagang magpalicense eh, magkano ba ang aabutin nun.,..kung pwde na ko mag palicense ano bang mga process na gagawin tsaka ganu ka tagal un and ano mga restrictions...thnx

Baka mas strict na sila ngayon, pero kasi dati dumaan lang ako sa fixer at 15 pa lang ako meron na akong non-pro license...

kumuha ka na ng student's permit ngayon para pagdating ng july pwede ka na kumuha ng license. kelangan mo ng letter from your parents (kelangan din ata kasama sila pag kukuha ka) allowing you to get a student's permit.

If you're 16 then ok na yun age mo...just go to any Lto office to apply...bring your NSO birth certificate plus if you have other valid ID's with picture and birthdate mas ok...go to the eveluator's window sa licensing to get an application form...accomplish the form with accurate entries...then pass it back to the evaluator plus your NSO birth certificate and you may need a letter of parent's consent para sure...then wait for your name to be called sa cashier to pay the fee...mga 143.00 php ata.

With regards with renewing it to a non-pro or pro license...you should be at least 17 for non-pro, 18 for pro....after one month lang ng student permit you may upgrade na to non-pro....procedure is a lot more complicated kasi meron written and practical exams pa...you may visit another thread here sa traffic rules "getting a license the right way"....good luck.

medyo OT: i saw a drivers licenses renewal at the 5th level of SM manila. not sure kung pwede rin dito ang application for new student license.

di ubra 16 bro, yung brother ko nag hintay pa kami ng 17th bday nya last march, last year kasi nag apply na sya sinamahan ko passport lang dala namin kasi gahol na kumuha ng NSO birth cert. Ang nangyari hindi pinrocess kasi 16 pa lang daw kaya wait kami ng 1 year pero valid pa naman yung drugtest nya at nakakuha na din kami ng TIN last year kaya ngayon lang sya nakakuha ng non pro.
