One more warning guys dun sa mga pedestrian dyan sa QA and Espana... i saw a blue hyundai car once w/ men inside... what they do is when the traffic is going well, they pull their car near pedestrians and at random pull, punch, or push pedestrians while w8ng for a ride. I called the 117 hotline and they told me that time that they can't pursue the car coz it's running daw. i gave them the plate number and they told me it's useless. I tried honking the car everytime they do it pero wala lang they just sped off... ingat lang guys.
