To TS, this whole incident could have been avoided kung pinadaan mo na lang siya. Sa dinami-dami ng bobo at gago na na-e-encounter ko sa daan araw-araw eh baka inatake na ako sa puso kung papatulan ko pa. I hope this is a lesson for you. Well, anyways we had the money back last thurs. And we're still planning what move to do next. Probably we'll escalate this to TV5 like Tulfo or Failon in DZMM. I'll update you guys soon. Sadly got no hard evidence like videos or photos since I've got no availbale gadget. But, having this aired might make people aware of the incident that not only robbers who ride in tandem can rob you but some police men too.

As Shadow said, in this situation, always call a relative na kabaro nila. Preferably someone in higher rank than the one you had the encounter with.

Make use of your CP Cam phone sana nung inaaway ka. Hindi nila puwede kunin sa'yo yun.

This is another clear example of it pays to know a little about road rules and regulations para hindi ka maloko.

Just adding my 2 cents. Kaya talaga iisip ko na lang everytime I get behind the wheeel that "talo na ako, wag na akong makipag-away pa." So when incidents like this happen to me, I can let it go and just continue to drive defensively. I am just thankful na di pa ako nasasama sa isang hit-n-run incident. Talagang ganyan kalakal dito sa Pilipinas, kung wala kang kakilala or pera or tiyaga, you just let things go na lang.

Agree - it's difficult sometimes, but it's always best to stay away from road-related arguments. Nobody wins with these, and you never know who might be carrying a gun without being responsible enough to know not to use it. I'd rather be a few minutes late than not see my wife and children again.
