isa pang problema ng mga delivery trucks yung colorum. Ano ba talaga ang definition ng colorum?

I use my trucks to pickup goods from manufacturers in Metro Manila, then either I use them or I resell them. Should I get a LTFRB permit for this?

Lumalala na yang mga delivery van tax. Meron pang provincial, meron pa pang municipal/city. Leche talaga.

From my simple understanding, colorum is if you have any units with private plates and you haul items for other parties. If so, you should only use yellow plated units for that purpose. If you sell the items yourself, no need for yellow plates.

The provincial sticker thing is peanuts compared to lgu asbu units. Kahit anong gawin mo bagsak unit mo.

Makitid ang utak ng nga enforcer. Dapat may resibong dala ang truck na same ang pangalan ng resibo, ang pangalan ng truck sa pintuan at OR CR. Pag may iba doon, colorum agad ang sinasabi. So problema nga yung kunwari nagpick up ka sa isang supplier. Ang binigay na resibo sayo syempre resibo ng supplier. So hindi match ang resibo sa name ng truck. Yari na
