If you don't see the bullying and inappropriate behavior of the motorcycle police men, you have been living with it for too long. In Japan, policemen on motorcycles behave properly and ride straight and true even if they are escorting VIPs. Local police escorts simply have no excuse why they have to make those S maneuvers. They are simply making a traffic hazard of themselves and for those around them. If I was driving a truck, I would simply drive straight into one of them and reason out they were driving as if they were drunk.

more from 4min on:
Japanese guy:"No words (can express what I'm seeing)."
japanese guy: "are you sure we are supposed to have this (escort)?
filipino guy:"These are my friends" (talking about the escorts)
everyone laughs.
filipino guy:"I'm not kidding."/"It's the truth".
Japanese guy:"I don't really need this"
"This is the first time I've seen this. You won't see this anywhere in the world".
"unbelievable"
Japanese guy:"they are really seriously going at it" (saying it half-jokingly)
Japanese guy:"these guys might die, you know".
Filipino guy:"that is so" (in a non-chalant tone.)
Japanese guy:"That is so?!"
everyone laughs.
Filipinoy guy:"is it making you happy?"
"this is how we do it here" (my way or this is my doing)
Japanese guy:"not good. hahaha"
"you went as far as asking for that (escorts)"
"I'm gonna die lauging"
"I don't really need this"
The translation more or less. They were laughing all throughout the conversation.

That's about as natural a reaction you'd get from anyone who has just (oxymoron alert) legally violated almost every traffic law there is. (ie. counter-flowing, going through red lights, swerving, etc.
Again, unless the hosts said anything like "I hope they die doing that..." or any of that sort, there's nothing wrong with their comments and reaction.

*afrasay : Are you serious? You want people to believe the reason they do those is because their tires are not warm enough, in this very hot and humid country where the roads are, almost, like sizzling plates on a normal sunny day especially during afternoons? The excuse could be believable if lets say one is in Tagaytay or Baguio, lets just say they have faulty reasoning and logic and very very "mayabang" in the way they ride. haha
*OJ88: True that haha

OT: That is a distinct possibility bro. In one of the international gatherings my wife and myself attended, a group of Japanese men, who were sitting in a table, were having the time of their lives, drinking, talking and laughing loudly, while the hosts were on the podium. Everyone was looking at them and saying "be quiet, please...." and they would pause for a few seconds and then back to what they were previously doing..... Whew!

Buhay na buhay ang BGC this evening. Bukas halos lahat ng restaurants. Sabi pa nung isang cashier...
