Cant find a link, heard it on DZMM. A certain P03 Macaspac of Pasay police, na interview sa DZMM. Since may truck ban sa Roxas Blvd, eh for hire ang pulis na to sa mga truck para makaraan ng Roxas Blvd during Truck ban. And he admited na pag hinuhuli ang truck sya ang kumakausap at naglalagay sa mga enforcer, he used the word "arbor". Then sunod na interview eh yung hepe ng Pasay na pinagtanggol si Macaspac. As long as they do it daw while not on duty eh OK lang yun, wala daw pinagkaiba sa pulis na may side business na sari-sari store. I was driving when I heard that, gusto kong iumpog ulo ko sa steering wheel. Getting this kind of explaination from a P03 and chief of a police station. Nakakawalang pagasa, ganitong utak mga nagbabantay sa atin?

Matagal na ito. Nung ginawa ni erap ang day time truck ban at naipon ang mga container sa port, ginagawa na to. Kaya ginawa ni erap ang day time truck ban para magkapera. 1k yan one way

Heard from the radio that Magaspac has just been relieved and place in floating status...but is still a police, kaya tuloy pa rin ang negosyo.

Yep, this thing is "normal" and accepted kotong...that is why corruption is so ingrained.

thanks for the link, this is sad, corruption is so deep within our system that people don't know what's right or wrong anymore. I can't believe I'm hearing that from a chief of police. dapat isama sa Peruda sa imbestigahan at alisin sa pwesto.
