Last September, I applied to SMART Wireless Center (ATC Branch) a postpaid line, actually my second postpaid line. Since i just got the cheapest plan of 500 pesos, i was required to enroll it on Automatic Debit Agreement/Arrangement (ADA) to my credit card.
Early in the morning today, i was about to make a call, my line was redirected to these *$$hol3s(SMART). Then when i called the customer Service, ang daming tanong, inquiry. Nakaka bwisit.

i'm using the same 500 peso postpaid line. i also have a globe line pero para pag smart tatawagan ko mas mura na, i applied. the same thing happened to me. one day when i was about to make a call i was redirected. sobrang overcharge naman ang nangyari!

November 16th, 2008 02:10 AM #9Actually, here's the thing. Smart is strict on they're credit limit.
That's why I'm still with Globe.
Works both ways, you can monitor your usage na di lalampas sa budget mo, or maiinis ka dahil di ka makatawag ulit till nabayaran mo na bill mo (Bayad ng advance or wait till bill arrives).
Its one way for the telco to ensure that you pay your bill within your means too. ie, every night, you don't know that your maid uses your phone to make telebabad while you sleep...
pag Globe phone mo = Arrrgh!!! My bill! P10k na pala!
pag Smart phone mo = "my line was redirected to these *$$hol3s(SMART). Then when i called the customer Service, ang daming tanong, inquiry. Nakaka bwisit.
IIRC they're with AVID. The reported numbers in the TG article are from CAMPI.
