    kung ang LTO gumawa ng rule na kailangan maglagay ng plate cover pero official LTO plate cover lang ang allowed at bibilhin mo sa LTO... yan dapat mag rally

    may right sila magreklamo sa pagpatangal ng anumang mods sa plate or sa palibot ng plate.... tandaan nyo additional HP and TORQUE ang mga yan sa sasakyan nila..

    Yup,- nice one by James Deakin.

    Arguably,- vehicle plates, being the "most important" (that is for easy identification) part of the car,- are also the most abused due to our unique "personal modification"....

    If LTO offers the motorists an inch,- then eventually, many will be grabbing the whole horizon. That is the danger!

    wala kasi dun sa IRR ng LTO namention ang old and new plates... and di nyo rin napansin, wala nilalabas pang memo ang LTO to clarify the said part of the IRR?

    kung may plano yan to clarify a certain regulation, magrelease sila ng circulars to at least notify all traffic enforcers.

    Not against the ban on any type of cover including clear, tilting and any other things that impedes the visibility of the plates. Dami ko din nakikita na tinted / tilted tapos barumbado magmaneho.

    Pero frames? Bawal din ba? Sana kahit yun na lang ang payagan kahit sa NEW PLATES. Sides lang naman cocoveran nun eh. Serves as an extra layer of support na din. May guidelines na lang sana sa sukat ng border ng frame na allowable.

    Mga OA yang mga nagbalak mag rally. Mababawasan kasi rice points ng EUDM and JDM themed cars nila lol. Sa totoo lang, alam ko dati nang bawal yang may plate covers sa oto. Pati nga tinted windshield dati na rin bawal based dun sa list of traffic violations issued by LTO with matching penalties pa. Pati open tail pipe mufflers lalo na sa motor. Dati na yang bawal, ngayon lang sila mag ttighten sa enforcement. Lagyan niyo na lang ng reinforcement yung likuran ng plaka para di mayupi o baliktarin yung plate cover para tapos usapan.
