Btw, I just removed the front clear cover, and I didn't remove the back frame.

MahirAp I-remove ang backframe, someone will get hurt if for example, parked in Megamall or any other multilevel parking lots.

Kawawa yun mga bata na Hindi makit a sa madalas na edges lalo na ngaun mga malls nagtitipid sa lighting to cut costs, mA-cut sila

Not to mention people who are carrying / dragging big bags from parking to the mall, and most of all slow moving fat people who are not very mindful of their surroundings and galit pa pag nagsabihan ng ganito.

from my experience.. you're giving these shoppers and these street denizens, too little credit..

...you actually accost fat people and accuse them of their body habitus? heh heh heh...

btw, where do you park, beside the main doors? you seem to have more than your share of bad luck...

That's what I thought too dati, hanggang sa makita ko front plate ko na kupi.

    What do you mean?

From what I can generalize, and it's becoming a fact. Most corrupt people are greedy and therefore fAt, whether in public or private office. They take and take so much money, so they can provide support for their bratty careless kids and their wives who buy bigger designer bags to have self-esteem and put so many feel-good cosmetics to hide their obesity.

It becomes a cycle and corrupt politician dad proposes to other corrupt politicians & biz men, hey we can make more money out of plate covers. First plan, penalize motorists next plan connive with equally corrupt fat bizmen, who will supply the legal plate cover in the future

Poor people, karma can come to them in as simple as their kids getting tetanus from an unprotected just flooded plate number in a dim-lit parking lot

    *dr. d

nothing wrong in being fat(except health) a lot of people are just plain ignorant that being fat is due to some other issues(psychological/side effect/or caused by sickness)

pagkanarrow minded ness sa regulation like plate covers... included ang back plate.

ignorantia legis non exusat -art 3 ncc enacted august 30, 1950

i must admit i was ignorant too for not knowing since this law has been years old(the lto order not ncc)

it is, perhaps, easier for everyone, if the rulebook would simply say, "the number plate shall be un-adorned of anything".
