The LTO also clarified that even clear plastic or glass plate covers are banned, along with any device like tilting plate holders or even brackets that in any way cover a part of the plate itself.

pwede makipag pilosopo na ginamitan din yan ng turnilyo, but the question is sulit ba yung risk of hassle kahit ma prove mo na tama ang pagkapilosopo mo na walang nasulat about turnilyo.

better siguro kung tanggal na lang lahat ng accessories.

yari yung bro-in-law ko, pinatungan na yung orig paint ng plate nya. might as well declare loss for new plates.

pati raw frames eh.... so tanggal frame din ako mamaya.....
pag may nasabit na tao dun, patay...... either baluktot yung plaka mo and sugat yung tao.....

should be technically. but mahirap makipagtalo sa hunghang na enforcer kung ang interpretation nya is limited to bawal ang frames..... maski walang impediment sa view and reflectivity, etc.....

+1 . not worth nang hassle, baka ma high blood ka pa. nothing significant din naman kung tanggalin na lang natin. tanggal ako maya ng frame.
