    mukhang yung processing fee ng dealer ay kinarga nila dun sa MUVC...

    pero ang processing fee usually is 250... para no show na rin ang auto mo for emmission testing...

    sanay siguro sila sa ibang BMW owners na bayad lang nang bayad...

    Most i ever had was 6k and that was with alot of penalties/processing fees/emissions/ etc...somethings fishy with the 11k..complain mo

    i think they base it din sa previous OR, and add a certain percentage. 97 accord ko inabot ng 5K plus plus last year e, no penalties. the previous year's OR kasi nakalagay 4K++
