Ingat kayo dun sa haligi ng bldg nila na nakahambalang sa kalsada. mintik na kami mabangga dyan while enroute to Antipolo late in the evening

anybody here who regularly passes the ortigas rosario route? nagtataka lang ako sa gas station na ito kumbakit nakahambalang sa kalye.

the rosario ortigas extension route is 4-lane roadway pero pagdating sa petron naging 2-lane.

This divides between the private property and government property. It could have been that the road widening only extends a portion up until the Petron station and the property has not yet been settled by the government for the existing owners.

AFAIK, any property can be seized by the Government whenever necessary and pay the owner just compensation.
