I still think they should implement a mobile jail or something... with cameras installed for good measure.

Catch all those little criminals with video evidence and make them pay a fine else lock 'em up inside the jail for a good hour or more. All done on the spot.

Takot lang kasi dito if there are consequences.

They did that in the early 90's, then some human rights lawyers complained about it being a violation of human rights b.s..

dito sa coastal expressway...expressway ha..pero ang daming tumatawid...minsan isang buong pamilya pa..

dilang tumatawid..expressway na may stop lights, trapik lights,, saan pa kayo...
