    I'm creating this thread in behalf of a good friend last November 17, 2012.

    Here is his story below.

    Guys beware of this PATRICK DY ( FOIL EM UP ) , Nagpa install ako sakanya ng Smoke Tint for my Alto's tail light, tapos umangat yung tint na nilagay nya, sabe nya saken 1 month warranty daw kapag meron umangat, papalitan nya ng bago yung Smoke Tint.. Pero nung icclaim ko na yung warranty, ayun hindi na nagrereply yung KUP**! KUP** TALAGA AS IN! SAYANG LANG 800 PESOS NA BINAYAD KO! I'm sharing this story para maiwasan na maloko pa ang ibang members na magpapagawa sakanya.. Mag uupload ako ng pictures nung Smoke Tint na ininstall nya na umangat na at mukang nababoy lang ang Tail light ko.. Kelangan mabawasan ang mga taong manloloko..

    We are constantly texting/calling him but he is not answering any of the calls or texts for the past 2 days. But if we're contacting him using another number asking for quotations/installations, mas mabilis pa siya sa alas-kwatro na mag reply. Even pushing us the benefits of having the tints.

    Ingat tayo mga sir sa taong ito.. lumalabas ang totoong ugali sa halagang 800 pesos.

    maliit na halaga 800 pesos kumpara sa dignidad mo.. kahit part time work lang yan still warranty should be honored... buti lumabas yung kulay nyan before ko pa maisipang makipagtransact.. i was considering him sa next mods ko na smoked headlight at amber tints..

    we are planning that option sir deathrow... but we are making sure cooler heads prevail.. baka siya ang mainit baka kami ang masaktan and/or vice versa.. so we are reaching out to the proper authorities as of the moment.

    at the same time.. informing others baka merong makipag business sa kanya.. lumaki pa kaso at dumami ang kaaway nya...

    as we have indicated above sir.. we have already sent him text messages and calling him for the past 2 days.. pag cell number nung nagpa-gawa.. hindi nya sinasagot... pero kung ibang number ginagamit for inquiries mabilis siya sumagot.

    we only want the promised warranty to be fulfilled since less than 2 weeks pa lang ang trabaho... else balik ang pera..

    Tell him if he wont address your problem asap, you'll go to different car clubs posting your complaint para masira siya. Last thing a business wants esp. Car related is to have bad feedbacks posted on the internet esp. Car clubs

    part time lang yung gawa nya paps, not really his bread and butter. kaya siguro ok lang sa kanya na may na-aagrabyadong customer..

    boss oli, hintayin nyo pag-uwi ko and let's smoke that spoil brat! hehehe.. bata pa kasi yan wala pa normal na pag-iisip kaya siguro ganyan yan. anyway sana maayos pa din ang gusot at sya din naman ang lalabas na kahiya hiya at kawawa. cheers!

    tama yung sinabi nung isa. pretend as another costumer tapos habang tinatrabaho nya saka naman ang dating mo. sabi mo kailangan maging mahinahon, kung sinabi nila na "sa halagang 800php sisirain nya ang name nya" ganun din isipin mo" sa halagang 800 makikipagpatayan ka ba?"

    one of the reasons we are taking this issue step by step.. yes.. its only 800php.. and we are making sure that cooler heads will always prevail.

    this matter is very small but if you have a shop.. or this is your business.. siyempre gusto natin na if you guarantee your work.. kahit 1 month lang yan.. you need to honor it.

    sir EVO.. how can you say that this is libelous as you have said?

    points are easy to understand..

    1. purchased and installed a tint on the back lights...
    2. provided warranty of 1 month
    3. in less than 2 weeks bubbles were seen
    4. immediately text-ed the installer/owner
    5. did not reply for 2 days using the customers cellphone
    6. did not answer calls using the customers cellphone
    7. he answers when another number is being used ( where inquiry is the topic of text messages)

    again.. I have also stated that we are open to an educated and adult manner of resolution here... either replace the tints where bubbles were formed, and/or full refund.

    so i believe we are still open minded that he will contact the customer (friend of mine) and will resolve this - but it has already been 2 days... no reply.

    I think pwede mo na I complain din ito sa barangay nya basta intact yung texts nyo... wag lang kayo mapapatapat sa mahirap kausap

    ..come to think of it mga sir... "just assuming"

    if ayaw nya sumagot regarding the issues na nangyari sa installation.. tapos ayaw nya sagutin... i believe on this part.. its already an issue... kahit siguro tawagan pa namin at kausapin ng maayos... he can just drop the call - or worse hindi na muna siya mag sasagot ng kahit anong text or call.

    if he has that sense of morality to honor his warranty.. the first text where may issue yung installation.. dapat sinagot na nya agad and scheduled a meetup to repair or replace the tints with bubbles. pero hindi po siya sumasagot.. thus the next test they did is to text him using a different number asking for his business and he was answering back.

    Nakakausap niyo pala pag ibang number gamit pangtawag eh, why not talk to him when he answer?

    I'll advise/ask on your that option sir. I'm not sure if ginawa na nila this option to call him using another number.. Ibang tropa yung nag text just to ask and test if he will reply, and he did.

    Oo nga naman. Ano naman ang sinasabi nyo if sinagot nya call nyo using another number?

    mostly text sir... pag call using the owner's cell which he know.... hindi nya sinasagot.. pero kung ibang tao/number mag text.. sumasagot siya thru text as long as its a business deal.

    he may just drop the call if ayaw nya talaga i-honor yung warranty. best solution is to entrap him and demand refund or backjob on the spot..

    otherwise maul him, let him run a few steps ahead and stab him with a toothpick... just kidding.
