On September 17, 2012. i went to ***** evangelista to have a backjob from the central lock (caido) that i brought to the same branch (***** evangelista) last January 1, 2012. it is still under a 1 year warranty. (i still have the receipt)
Unfortunately, the product that i brought from your shop in evangelista has not been functioning well. i've been going back to that branch for a backjob, it total to i guess a 4 backjob for the central lock alone..
last month (september) the central lock is not working again for both doors on the right side of the car. so last sept 17 (monday) i went to your shop, your staff their was doing a 1 car work. replacement of a toyota innova headunit. the shop head asked me to comeback tomorrow (tuesday). so i did but to my surprise when i passed by the shop was already closed... no one informed me that ***** evangelista was closing and moving to congressional.. i,ve been in contact with your shop by sending message in your facebook account and a number with our staff Jojo who is not even replying.. today (october 7, 2012 / 2pm) i went to your shop in congressional in my surprise its CLOSED! but its indicated in your facebook that you're shop is open until sunday. im very disappointed with your shop.. i bought products from your branch in evangelista because its near to my place in paranaque..
to resolve this problem, i would appreciate it if you would give me compensation for the trouble that your product and shop has caused me...
