    yung car shop na nasa 32A. congressional avenue, hindi ko alam kung hindi marunong yung management
    mag handle ng customers after sales :| nag email ako sa kanila regarding my complaint and a compensation sana kahit gas manlang..

    ito yung email ko sa kanila:

    Dear auto***

    On September 17, 2012. i went to ***** evangelista to have a backjob from the central lock (caido) that i brought to the same branch (***** evangelista) last January 1, 2012. it is still under a 1 year warranty. (i still have the receipt)

    Unfortunately, the product that i brought from your shop in evangelista has not been functioning well. i've been going back to that branch for a backjob, it total to i guess a 4 backjob for the central lock alone..

    last month (september) the central lock is not working again for both doors on the right side of the car. so last sept 17 (monday) i went to your shop, your staff their was doing a 1 car work. replacement of a toyota innova headunit. the shop head asked me to comeback tomorrow (tuesday). so i did but to my surprise when i passed by the shop was already closed... no one informed me that ***** evangelista was closing and moving to congressional.. i,ve been in contact with your shop by sending message in your facebook account and a number with our staff Jojo who is not even replying.. today (october 7, 2012 / 2pm) i went to your shop in congressional in my surprise its CLOSED! but its indicated in your facebook that you're shop is open until sunday. im very disappointed with your shop.. i bought products from your branch in evangelista because its near to my place in paranaque..

    to resolve this problem, i would appreciate it if you would give me compensation for the trouble that your product and shop has caused me...

    hindi manlang nagrereply sa email at messages ko.. binubura pa yung complaint ko sa wall ng facebook account nila. pambihira... mag iisang buwan na ako nag aantay ng reply nila :|

    nanghihinayang ako eh tska nasa 4k rin yung pinagawa ko sa kanila dati.. under 1 year warranty pa naman.. sa January 1, 2013 pa mag eexpire warranty

    Anong pangalan ng shop bro para maiwasan...kahit man lang diyan ka makabawi at para di na sila makapambiktima ng iba..

    Ano name po? Baka pwede pa maayos sa magandang usapan.

    Parang mas madali pa kausap ang mga tambay sa banawe based on your letter. Hehe

    ngayon palang sila nagreply at ipprocess pa daw yung complaint ko.. kinausap ko yung may ari mismo nung shop sabi niya nasa palawan daw kasi yung staffs niya, hindi naman indicated sa facebook account na naka leave pala yung staff niya.. puro now open ang nakalagay :/ ito pa malupet sabi nung shop owner under renovation pa yung shop pero sa facebook account nung shop open na daw sila.. -_-

    search niyo nalang yung name ng shop basta yan yung address..

    Aba......nahiya ka pang ibigay yung name ng shop.......
    Pag ganyan ibigay mo na, para maiwasan na ng iba.

    Ibigay na ang name ng shop. Wala naman mawawala, makakatulong ka pa.

    Pag ginago ka ng isang shop, best you can do is drop names over the internet.

    Wag ka magalala, naka-TRO ang cybercrime law :lol:

    madami pang maiinform sa maling gawain nila. Baka maraming nagrereklamo sa products nila kaya nag-leave muna ng saglit haha.

    sabihin mo na para makatulong ka sa mga naghahanap ng shop at maiwasan itong shop na ito.

    binura pa nila yung about sa complaint ko... both jan sa lumang account at dun sa bagong account nila..



    pagkatapos ko rin iadd tska kausapin yung mayari nung shop eh ngayon naka block pa ata ako sa kanya di ko ma access yung account niya di na rin nag reply..

    so far kahapon pa lang nag sabi na irereview palang yung complaint ko.. sana magawan agad ng paraan kasi ang simple lang nung complaint ko.. tska kahit pang gas man lang sana yung incentive na hinihingi ko kasi naka dalawang balik na ako dun sa congressional close naman pala yung shop wala rin naman sumasagot sa text nung papunta ako..

    yun napangalanan din ang shop.. boycott na yang mga ganyang serbisyo... planning to put alarms at central lock din, banawe na lang ako kahit mas malapit yang congressional sakin.

    okay naman sana yung service nila pero yung ibang products eh overprice -_- naalala ko nung araw na kinabit yung central lock sa akin.. inalok ako may 1,000 pesos daw sila na central lock sabay nung kinakabit na sabay sabi "ay sir wala na pala stock yung 1,000 pesos yung 1,200 nalang" daw kunin ko -_- tapos yung tinext ko sa kanila na KYB gas a just ang binigay sa akin eh KYB na fluid lang pero ang price pang KYB gas a just :|

    kaya simula nun hindi na ako bumili sa kanila warranty lang talaga habol ko...
