pwede bang pa impound yun kapag ayaw magbayad? baka "maglalagay" ka rin for them to be able to do that.Alam ko kasi and based on experience tuwing magkakaron ng accidents involving two different "classes", mas kinakampihan ng police ang mas mahirap dahil they'll think na milking cow yung mas mapera. Unless yung mas mapera ay may "connection". Nung binangga ng 10 wheeler yung dating tsikot ko which was in the middle of the intersection (nakatawid nako nun up to the center island,hindi lang ako makatuloy dahil may oncoming cars sa other lane).my car went the full 360 degree turn after the impact and hit an l300 during the turn. ayaw gawan ng police report nung nag respond na police unless "may lagay". kung hindi siguro ako nag lagay baka na overturn in the trucks favor pa yung accident. Kahit pa aminado yung driver na hindi kumapit brakes niya sa bigat ng kargada niya.

tingin ko kahit anong feng seui o new year's solution gawin mo or any of us here, hindi tayo makakaligtas sa curse of tricycle driver or PUV drivers in general hehehe

oo nga, pwede ko ba ipa-impound yung tricycle kung sakaling hindi makabayad yung driver?

Nandiyan din ang signos ko,- tricycle at motor. Some years back,- while waiting for an opportunity to cross a major intersection one night,- a tricycle coming from my left side, on the major road and running so fast suddenly turned right and ran smack right on the driver's door.

The tricycle driver was actually a schoolmate in elementary and he promised to the high heavens on 2 more separate meetings later that he'll pay for the damage as he admitted that he was wrong and it was obvious that he was drunk that night.

Did he pay? He didn't. So much so for a gentlemen's agreement. Dapat ipina-pulis ko na lang at nakulong siya ng isang linggo....

Ang pagmamaneho ay may kaakibat na malaking responsibilidad.

yup, pa-impound yan....pwede pa yata pa-cancel license ng driver, samahan mo pa ng grave threat para madal

yong sa bus na bumangga sa amin, let go na dapat yon, accdg kay wifey, pero narinig nya nagsalita ang driver na "sana tinuluyan na lang daw nya kami"
ayon impound ang bus... bayad sila ng malaki tuloy

Not sure pero malabo atang ipa inpound yon kasi nakuha na license nya..Kahit na naka 2 na accidents ka na..average mo na siguro yan in a year (according to the law of averages?) ..hehehe so isipin mo na lang na for the rest of the year, wala ng mangyayaring ganyan. Attract good vibes by thinking positive at hindi yung negative (kamalasan)..hehehe..

still, be thankful that no one was hurt..mas mabigat sa iyo pag may nasaktan..Last year twice ako nabangga..fortunately, lahat sa likod ang tama ng oto at "mababait" naman yung mga nakabangga at pinapasagot sa insurance (nila)..

sorry to hear that bro nak 2 accidents kana pero buti nalang walang nasaktan at ok ka naman pati family mo...anyway talagang pasaway yung ibang mga tricycle ... dapat yan eh bayaran nya sya me kasalanan..ingat bro
